I have to travel quite a bit for work. And I’m kind of addicted to travelling for fun too. What can I say, I love a good airport. A lot of my trips are short and sweet. So I wanted to share some healthy travel tips you can put into action ASAP.
Whether you are traveling for work or fun, don’t let your hard work at the gym go down the drain. It’s hard enough to keep up with smart eating and calorie torching exercise routines during a normal week at home, let alone if you throw travelling in the mix. Last week was the biggest week out of the year for swimwear. Mercedes Benz Fashion Week was on every fashionista’s mind and “I wish I could have been there” lists – from buyers to celebs to aficionados. The week featured 2011 sneak peeks, new trend roll-outs, as well as celeb, designer and VIP sightings.
At the end of the hectic week, LUXE by Lisa Vogel, one of our best selling and fav brands graced the cover of California Apparel News with a 2011 “must look.” Talk about exciting. We at SwimSpot were super ecstatic when we picked up the magazine for a quick read. The edgy model was dressed in the Cadette Bandeau Top and Cadette Rivera String Bottom. Can we say – tough and sexy?! Oh, and the suit won’t be avail. in stores later this fall – SNEAK PEAK ladies.
