Returns, Exchanges & Free Return Shipping
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt exchange or refund.
Exchange Orders qualify for free economy ground shipping. You may upgrade to another shipping method for an additional charge.
Returned items should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene strips attached.
Refunds for items returned within ninety days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. It usually takes banks one credit card billing cycle for your credit to appear on you statement.
Refunds for items returned more than ninety days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable that never expires.

How to Return/Exchange
- Please complete the return section of the form on the back of your invoice and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. If you can’t find the original, print a new returns form by clicking here..
- Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
- Get FREE shipping and handling on Exchanges. Shipping and handling charges on the original order are not refundable.
Pre-addressed Return Labels
For your convenience, we have provided a pre-addressed FedEx return label with your order for any returns from within the United States. Please follow these instructions for using the pre-addressed return label:
Step 1
Affix the pre-addressed return label to your package. Cover or remove the original shipping label.
Step 2
Package the return and seal securely with tape.
Step 3
Give the package to a FedEx driver or take to a FedEx drop-off location. You may also access FedEx.com to locate your nearest drop off location.
No payment is necessary. Return shipping is FREE when you mail your package using the pre-addressed FedEx return label. Applies only to returns shipped from within the United States can using the pre-addressed FedEx return label.
If you are returning from outside the U.S. or choose not to use the pre-addressed return label, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the appropriate address below. We cannot accept COD shipments.
Return Address
If you choose not to use the FedEx Return Label, please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, a printable return and exchange form is available.
The FedEx prepaid label is not available for international orders.

Express Delivery (2nd Day and Overnight)
Express delivery is available only for items that are in stock.
A residential street address is required for all express orders. Express shipping is not available for orders shipping to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or International orders.
Express orders placed before 9:00 AM PST typically ship same day pending credit card approval, except weekends and holidays.
Deliveries for Express shipments (2-Day and Overnight) occur Monday through Friday.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Shipping charges apply to each additional address based on the merchandise total and the desired ship method.
If a valid free shipping offer is in effect and free shipping is earned based on the combined order total, free shipping discounts apply to each address.
The same method of shipping must be used for all ship-to addresses, (i.e. – Priority Ground)
Shipping Backorders
You will be charged shipping & handling only once. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items ship via Economy Ground delivery. (7-14 business days)

Orders shipping outside of the United States are shipped via FedEx International Economy.
Delivery averages between 3 to 7 business days.
Prepaid Shipping, Duties and Taxes: All shipping, duties and taxes are prepaid and customs documents will be prepared before shipment. No additional costs will be due when you receive your order.
